Rainbow Reflections:

A Virtual LGBTQ+ Adult Therapy Process Group

Rainbow Reflections is an ongoing, virtual therapy process group for LGBTQ+ adults across Texas who are seeking deeper emotional connection, relational insight, and community-based healing.

This group is not a class or a skills workshop. It is a process-oriented therapy group, meaning the content is shaped primarily by members’ lived experiences, emotions, and interactions in real time. The work focuses on what happens between people (patterns, feelings, boundaries, attachment, and meaning-making) within a supportive, affirming therapeutic environment.

Group Details

  • When: Tuesdays, 5:30–6:45 PM CT

  • Location: Virtual, Texas residents only

  • Cost: $75 per session

  • Group Size: 6–8 participants

  • Structure: Ongoing, open enrollment with screening

What Is a Process Group?

A process group centers the here-and-now. Rather than following a curriculum, members explore:

  • Emotional experiences as they arise

  • Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics

  • Identity, belonging, and visibility

  • Conflict, repair, and connection

  • The impact we have on one another

The therapist’s role is to facilitate safety, depth, and reflection; not to lecture or direct every conversation.
