Feeling Anxious About Politics? join us

Wednesdays from 11:30-1.

at The Bungalow,

743 Arlington in the Heights.

Things are changing at such a rapid pace right now. From job loss to non-profit funding for schools and the increased price of groceries, many of us are feeling the stress of it all and worried about the future of our democracy.

If you’d like support during this uncertain time and explore ways to manage anxiety, join us Wednesdays from 11:30-1. We’ll be meeting at The Bungalow, 743 Arlington in the Heights.

While we recognize the divisive climate we are in, our goal is to remain open to the political spectrum and focus on the impact of anxiety.
