Brittany, Christina & Gabriel all utilize EMDR, and Brittany was awarded certification in 2022. It is one of the approaches frequently used to address trauma, along with psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodrama. We’ve experienced clients go from feeling plagued by memories they couldn't shake to being able to recall them but without the panic-ridden jolt that they once suffered.
