Finding the right therapist - where do you begin?

Developing a trusting relationship with a therapist can seem daunting. Finding the right "fit" is essential to achieve the changes you seek. In our consultation call we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and the goals you hope to attain. If one of our clinical staff have the experience to help you we'll share our approach, orient you to how we work with clients and answer any questions you might have. If one of our Autumn Counseling staff are not the best fit, we’ll refer you to a colleague that has what you are looking for.

Areas of expertise include working with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders; substance abuse; relationship challenges; grief and loss; life transitions; gender, sexuality and LGBTQ+ identities, trauma and other challenges.
